The Next Volume of The Lights Out Show

Us pyromaniacs will be setting the neighbor ablaze celebrating the 4th of July holiday today, so we'll be back from the hospital's Burn Unit for an all-new episode of The Lights Out Show on Monday, July 5th. We'll record it live at 10am PDT/1pm EDT - or somewhere around that time - you know how it goes with us sometimes. Anyway, we hope to see you there, where we'll talk about everything from UFC 116, including the behind the scenes and what's next for the fighters. We'll also take a look ahead to UFC 117, discuss the upcoming DREAM 15, and all the latest in MMA. See you then. And don't be like us - be safe this 4th of July!
