Hey, JDH.
FYI: The kick Anderson threw is not a new kick. He landed the same kick on Dan Henderson but Hendo took it on the chin. Google image "anderson silva vs dan henderson" and you'll find a few picture of him landing the kick on Hendo in a couple different angles.

Also, there's a common theme with Anderson's lackluster fights. When his opponents have been scared to engage Silva, you get a boring fight. When people come to Bang, you get an exciting fight.

It's like holding pads for boxing or muay thai. If the guy holding the pads is scared and not engaging, no matter how good you are or how hard you hit the pads, everything seems awkward and nothing connects square.

If you over extend, you might get clipped.

hell will freeze over before the tournament turns out the way it is suppose to.

i wouldn't be surprised if m-1 global pulls there crap again

UFC did a 4-man tournament to crown a UFC 155 lbs champ back in 2003. it ended up being a draw. this is one of the reason's why dana doesn't want to do a tournament again.

vitor belfort did also admit that anderson did get the best of him in training also when he used to be part of the blackhouse team

anderson silva said that team blackhouse & team nogueira has a rule that team mates don't fight each other. anderson was upset that his former team mate challenged him to a fight. is anderson going to get mad at every former team mate of his now that wants to fight him now?

"to become the champ, you have to beat the champ" statement doesn't have to do anything with judges scoring. big john mccarthy even went far to say that statement is a myth in mma scoring.

that statement comes up when muhammed ali was stripped of the title, two fighters fought for the vacant title. the boxer who won the vacant title wasn't considered the real champ until he beat ali who was stripped of the title. that is where to become the champ, you have to beat the champ statement comes from.

rich franklin said that he is going to retire from mma when his coaches tell him to.

also jdh, here is the thing, after rich loss to anderson silva 2nd time, he switched up training camps. sometimes fighters do change there entire fighting style when they switch up camps. if rich franklin's fire wasn't there anymore, why would change up camps to improve? interestingly rich went back to his old camp for this fight forrest griffin fight

UFC 126 fight disclose pay: these does not include stipends, undisclosed pay, sponsorship pay, & etc...

Some of the fighters are still under there old wec/ufc contract. Some fighters do ask for there undisclosed pay to be higher than the disclosed pay.

some of the fighters in the ufc do get monthly stipends from the ufc.

rich franklin said that he is satisfied with his pay. which means he must get stipend
