Dave 'TEAM SHANDY' Wallace said...: Oh yeah, forgot to mention. I passed my Ju-Jitsu Orange belt grading on Monday night under Sensei David Toney. He is the national coach for the World Ju-Jitsu Federation, Ireland. He is the first person in Ireland to achieve a Masters degree in his syllabus.
He achieved his 7th Dan on Saturday but this didn't mean he was going to go easy on us. It was a tough one but I got there.
