TLOS LIVE BLOG & WEBCAST THIS SATURDAY!

It's that time again...time for Chris and The JDH to invade your home - via your computer - during UFC 119: Mir vs Cro Cop! We will once again host the very popular LIVE BLOG AND WEBCAST right here on TheLightsOutShow.com during the UFC 119 broadcast where we'll give you (like it or not) our completely unsolicited opinion on the proceedings. But don't worry, you can still keep us honest by chatting with us LIVE as well! It's a good time had by all - this Saturday 7pm PDT/10pm EDT. We may even get it going a little early since the prelims will be on Spike at 6pm PDT/9pm EDT. So check in early just in case. SEE YOU THEN!!
