THE LIGHTS OUT SHOW is the best Mixed Martial Arts radio show and podcast on the air waves - period. The show's hosts, Chris Fries and The JDH, give you their straight up opinions while having a little fun in the process. They also feature interviews with the top fighters in the game. Give this show a listen, and you'll be hooked for life.
LIVE show every week - usually on Sundays. Check the site regularly for show day/time updates. But if you can't catch us live, don't worry, we post the show on iTUNES and right here immediately afterward

The Latest TLOS
As you can see, the latest volume (510) was just released. We hope you enjoy it. For those listeners who had been enjoying the "Live" broadcasts of TLOS, we apologize. As you know, we've been trying to expand into YouTube. And we've had some success in doing so. We've posted volume 510's YouTube videos below (You can also type: thelightsoutshow to find them on YouTube). Once we get the hang of recording for YouTube, we'll go back to at least having the "Live" chat during our recording of the show. We want to be able to still interact with you as we broadcast, and we know some of you enjoy that as well. So hang in there. Enjoy us here, on iTUNES and now on YouTube and look for us to get the chat back soon, too!

Get a video splitter software that is a cheap and easy way..you just split the entire show into 9:00min allotments, after you upload them to YouTube, provided you named them correctly, they will automatically start one after the other. Easier for you guys.
That is a great idea, we (or I) have to figure out how to do it.
Thanks!
JDH
The running joke on twitter about WEC announcing doing a show in December 2010 in Glendale, Arizona is "Jokes about deporting non-white fighters"
Software is called "Ultra video splitter" JDH..it should be simple..just choose the file, choose where you want the split bits to end up, choose the size of the split bits and the output format. Very easy and cool!
